Insulaner feiern auf der Wernershöhe

Südseefest unter dem Motto ,, TONGA`` lockt zahlreiche Gäste und

Besucher nach Wrisbergholzen

Wrisbergholzen (pbm). Südseeatmosphäre herrschte am Wochenende

 rund um die Kulturherberge Wenershöhe bei Wrisbergholzen. 

 Unter dem Motto,, TAG DER FREUNDSCHAFTSINSELN -

TONGA IN DEUTSCHLAND´´ trafen sich dort rund 200 Pazifikinsulaner

aus ganz Europa und brachten den Gästen ihre Kulturregion näher.

Auf dem Programm standen unter an´derem traditionelle Livemusik, Tanz

vorführungen, eine Kava Zeremonie, Lesungen, Kulinarishes und Workshops.

Nach dem Gottesdienst hielt der Generalkonsul des königreichs Tonga in

Deutschland, Dr Alexander Müller, die Begrüßungsansprache, Begleitet wurde

er von der Ersten tongaischen Botschaftssekretärin in London, Sela Moengangongo.

Das einmal jährlich stattfindende zweiten Mal in deutschland organisiert

worden. Angereist waren tongaer aus ganz Deutschland

sowie Österreich,Holland,England, Tonga und Schweden.

Tonga ist ein Staat im Südpazifik, der insgesamt 172 Inseln umfasst.

Lediglich 36 davon sind bewohnt. Es gibt einen immerwährenden

freunschaftsvertrag zwischen Deutschland und Tonga von 1876, der

 1977 von der Bundesrepublik deutschland erneuert wurde.

Organisiert wurde das Treffen von  der Südsee Insel Shop

 Geschäftsführerin  &  Manager  Selesitina  Gloger & Waldemar Gloger

aus Hildesheim.

who attend our 2nd Pacific islands Culture Bazaarfest & the Friendly

Islands Day of the Tongan who lives in Germany - Europe, without

your support we can't do this Project.

Warm thanks goes out to our guest of honourary, acting ambassador from the kingdom of Tonga to Germany from London, Ms. Sela Moengangongo, to the General Council from Rebublic of Germany to the kingdom of Tonga, Mr. Dr. Alexander Müller, to the highest Chief from the State of Hildesheim,Mr. Eckkard Palandt, also to the Pastor of the Catholic Church , Guter Hirt in Hildesheim, Mr. Wilfried Otto, we are grateful warm appriciation for your time and supporting.

We extend our gratitude to the Fijians friends who participated our programm, to you Mrs Sela Tavainavesi and the rest of the fijians also to the Kiribati friends to you Monica and the rest of you. Thank you Aloha Polynesia Dance Group to you Lenitua & Manfred, thank you Moana , Linita, Nikolai for your beautiful dance.

Big thank goes out to my family in Germany,Theresa, Sylwia, Andreas and Thomas for all your love and support, you have given us.

We thanks our co-workers, from the Southseas Islands Shop. Thousand thanks goes out to all my dear freinds who have always stood by me and given me their moral support, no matter what.Thanks to the school muscial Kraatz Hildesheim to you Mr. Helmut Überfelt, for your hard support.

Last but not least, millions of thanks goes out to my husband and my children for all your helping and love , good support for our beautiful day. Thank you so much and we will see you all next year.
